The Avenue A Conspiracy: Laid Up in the Brothel

The Avenue A Conspiracy for the last 8 years (in between stints in rehab and jail) has presented a spectacularly unprincipled melange of comedy, music and performance art in NY. After the yawning indifference that greeted last year's tour, they1re the only ones pleased to announce that they're presenting another season in their old stomping ground: a former brothel to which they added so much both theatrically and aromatically. Comedy, music, singing & dancing from the demonically megalomaniacal David Leopold & friends. If you're hopelessly bitter, come to this show and you'll discover you're not alone.

    Dates:  Jan. 25, 2002
    Schedule:  Fri. midnight
Venue:  Collective: Unconscious (closed), 145 Ludlow St.
