    Free-Associated Press

Bring In Da News, Bring In Da Brecht Imagine if groundbreaking German poet and dramatist Bertolt Brecht had an influence over the way our news is presented. At Free-Associated Press, the latest offering from the innovative improvisers at Freestyle Rep, that is what you will see each Sunday at 7:00. Imagine if Paul Wolfowitz broke into a spirited folk song about the joys of wearing sand colored camouflage gear. Mayor Bloomberg can wax poetically about extra starch in his shirts as he bans laughing in cafes on Sundays. Is Garfield a Leo or an Aires? The answer may be displayed on the overhead projector. Bring a page from the newspaper to the show and see it brought to Brechtian life by Freestyle's band of resourceful actors. Free-Associated Press is the antidote to headline fatigue.
