    The Brothers Karamazov, Part I

A thrilling murder mystery and soap opera, and yet, a profound philosophical work. It tells the story of the perverse and debauched landowner and moneylender Fyodor Karamazov and his three sons: the passionate and sensual Dmitry, the intellectual Ivan and the deeply religious Alyosha. When Fyodor is murdered, suspicion naturally falls on Dmitry, who has been fighting with his father over money and competing with him for the affections of the femme fatale Grushenka Svetlova. But, is Dmitry really the murderer? COME TO THE CABARET — One half-hour before each curtain, there will be complimentary Kremly's Georgian wine and vodka served. Also, Russian cuisine will be catered and available for purchase. The Russian Duo Tamara Volskaya (world master of the four-stringed domra) and Anatoly Trofimov (master of the bayan) will perform prior to curtain while guests eat, drink and mingle. Food service and the musical performance will be stopped before the show starts, but patrons will be permitted to take food and drink to their seats (food service and music will resume during the intermissions).
