    Lovebird with a Mirror

    Read the Offoffoff review

C hasn't had sex in years; her regrets and unrequited lusts are consuming her. Until she sends a form letter to every person on her wish I had/ wish I could list: "RE: DO' IN IT. Please be advised that I have become engaged and will be married in a month now is your last chance one night only" As the knocks on her door increase, C lives out her wildest dreams. But can her libido — — not to mention her skeptical brain and tired body — sustain this feverish pace? Lovebird With a Mirror is a magical realist play that explores the feedback loop between memory, desire and ego. Erotic yet slapstick, poetic yet bracingly real, the production will resonate with anyone who has ever lusted form afar. How much of what we remember is real? How much of what we want is good for us? If you took what you wanted to its utmost limit, what would happen?
