    Coming and Going

A youthful, modern epic with a True West flare. A bittersweet three-generational tale, the play is centered around one man's attempt to unearth the truth about his family's turbulent history. Things are shaken up, however, when his nomadic and chronically missing brother shows up unannounced. During the tense reunion, the origins of the brothers' own dysfunction is illuminated as their family history unfurls before the audience. The simultaneously told stories of their past and present propel the brothers to the realization that their inability to relate to others owes its existence to the circumstances of their past. If they truly wish to overcome the destructive legacy they've inherited, they must face that past head-on.
