To all who responded, this was existentialism in the vein of Jean Paul Sartre. Give it some thought; it gave me a lot. And don't try so hard to take it literally.

    wow

where do i begin?... well to start off on a positive note, i was extremely surprised to know that some one would take such time and dedication to portray the iranian culture in such depth. unfortunately, it was lacking any sort of interesting dialogue. seriously though, the movie consisted of about 4 sentences and had absolutely no real point. it basically could have been summarized in about 30 seconds. i cant say that im happy that babak had an opportunity to express himself via films but i just wish he wouldnt expose us to his boring, pointless, waste of film. i mean, no one put a gun to my head and said to watch the movie, but when its displayed at blockbuster, you would think that it would be at least be semi-good. And im speaking as an extremely educated iranian who was just astonished to see the negative portrayal of Iranians. although some of it may be accurate, it was not geared to educate us on the culture but more to annoy the crap out of us. it made me ashamed of my culture and not only b/c of what the film showed but b/c babak has no talent. the most important question of all is...will there be a sequal? seriously, there were only 2 votes casted in the whole movie so it might be a tie-breaker. and to who ever funded this project;... there are many starving uneducated poeple in the world, your money is much better off helping the poor.to babak; much luck to you in the future, next time please think of your fellow iranians and try to make your movie just a bit more interesting.
