Subject: Re: About Otto Franz Krone

As friends and fans of Otto Franz Krone from the time I was 15 and my brother was 8, we walked the streets of the Village in mid December of 2004, wondering what had become of him. He was our hero growing up. We used to visit him on weekends from Jersey when I was in the City for dance class at the Luigi Jazz Center and sit transfixed as he held forth about his philosophies and showed us his artwork.

I am now in California, but will contemplate a trip back to New York (brother is still in N.J.) as soon as possible if I can locate Otto. What a joy it would be to see him again!!! Any help locating him would be much appreciated by me and my brother, Eric.

    Response to this comment:
About your site, and Bob Munn...

Iwas, and am, very gratified to see my image on your site. Mainly because my friend: Bob Munn, took the time to make a picture of me in a medium that I had never before had any idea existed. Now, almost always, many of the people who pass in front of me, (when I'm sitting on my doorstep) greet me like i'm a friend because of Bob Munn... At age 85 plus, as an artist, I think I've arrived...
