The firstpoint goes to the legalities in this film by Leah As a film production manager and producer of Films for the last 25 years, I have come across these issues many times. the Rule of thumb is:

1, Is There a minor with parental permission? If so, that ends most of the conversations by previous posters.

2, having her perform these "acts" such as making out and hands around the boobs and crotch on the exterior of the clothes are not even close to a legal issue. The defining points of the law are directed toward two ideas.

First: PROTECTION of the minor: Any minor requires soome degree of protection while on the set. Under 13 require special protetion on the set. 13-15 a lessor degree of protection and finally 16-18 a very wide area is left to the parents discretion.

Second, The Legal Issue of subject matter: If there is to be very limited nudity and no explicit sex acts toward children under 13 (in the us). Next 13-15 may include discussions and some non-explicite sex acts as long as a guardisn is present. Third 16-18 May have some nuduty, may have some simulated sex acts and no curb to language as long as the parent or guardian has met with the film reps and was fully informed in writing or by meeting, the nature of the scenes at that moment. Once that parental permision is given, all sex acts and speech could be accpetable except actual sex acts that are not being simulated.

hey i understand completely what you mean about this whole film. i know that she believes that it is art and sometimes this type of "art" can be portrayed a certain way but i do not believe that it should be put on film.
