Subject: after seeing this movie...

...i had to go get drunk alone in my basement. Although its supposed to be uplifting, and although I can totally relate to forgetting my anti-depressants on a week long trip, the movie was bad. The trip to recover the mother's special jewlery was the worst part, and a horrible ending, but the unfolding of the relationship between Braff and Portman was wonderful.
