Reader comments on Ju-on: The Grudge

OK here is what supposedly what Ju-On (The Grudge) is based on:
A long time ago somewhere in Japan there was this king. He and his advisor were playing chess. His advisor won the game, but that was not supposed to happen because the king was one of those fussy guys who has to have everything his way. So, when someone beats you at chess, what do you do but kill the guy. Of course! It's the only logical thing to do... according to the king. But nooo the king couldn't just kill his advisor, he had to torment his family too! He killed the advisor's son and the kid's poor kitty cat. The spirits of the boy and cat fused together in a form of rage, seeking revenge that it would never find. Now the advisor had no idea why the king was taking a hissy fit, which of course made the advisor mad. So as a result the advisor and his family died in a powerful grip of rage which evolved into this movie. I haven't seen Ju-On but I have seen the one with Sara Michelle Gellar, and it's very good. I give it an A+
