    Reader comments on Before Sunset

    Subject: Vapid

Is this generation really so vapid? These idealized lovers talk about "having sex" in the park. Whatever happened to making love? And can we have something more profound than Celine's pronouncement that she is "open to everything, and not to any one and only belief system"? As if this somehow is the key to life? (She is too dull to understand that she may be missing the depth of one path).

The talk is tiresome and the movie much overhyped by the critics.
