It's about the perspective of realizing that every action you make is a choice..and by becoming conscious of this and realizing that you can choose other options, you life becomes creative rather than reactive.
It's like a lot of things, if you don't try it you will never know what it is..
hard to explain things that are beyond normal thought processes.
Example: The process is making glass.
Without knowledge of the process you would never recognize the raw materials needed to make the final product. You would see glass..smooth and transparent..and you would notice that the materials that make up glass are neither smooth nor transparent. The process is you blind spot.
Understand?

Don't waste your money
If people can take this garbage seriously, our educational system is in serious trouble. This is the kind of film that should have no appeal to anyone beyond 4th grade. If you're still taken in by the simplistic sort of "logic" that asks, "If something can't be proven false, then it's probably true.
I had no idea what this film was about, but on a couple of strong recommendations, I took a chance. I would have been far better off buying a couple of lottery tickets.
