He didn't bash Star Wars or the theme of Star Wars. He bashed the writing. And rightfully so. The dialogue wasn't merely cheesy...it was BAD in a way that makes you cringe. For the record, I'm a diehard (but objective) fan of all things Star Wars and have been for almost 25 years.

    Response to this comment:
    Attack Of The Clones' dialogue.

That Star Wars bashing at the end of this "critic's" post was really lame. Star Wars is about classic themes. It's full of Matinee elements. In other words, classic (sometimes) cheesy dialog. Not only Attack Of The Clones but also TPM, the original Star Wars Trilogy and the Indiana Jones Trilogy.

P.S.: Sure this isn't the right place but it had to be said.
