    Subject: This movie was great!

    Hello peoples!

When I saw this movie on TCM Tuesday, I actually had picked up "The Gold Rush" earlier that very same day!
I would have to say that that is the best movie I've ever seen with Chaplin in it. I actually saw snip-its of it when there was a documentary type ordeal on Chaplin several months back and thought to myself "Hmmm...this would be a good movie to see." What I like about it is that it has a very unique humor to it. Like for instance, when Chaplin goes twitchy and nut-job after going through that machinery contrapment and actually eventually ends up tightening anything that's big and round, and actually ends up outside the factory chacing a senior citizen woman with buttons on her dress, where her boobs would be...lol couldn't believe it! Felt bad for the Woman..hehehehe. I also like the scene where he's talking with Paulette's character, he's so adorable :') (tear tear) when he expresses how neat it would be to live in the suberb. His character is just so sweet and holsome and just fun and cool and crazy and weird. :D I like the scene where Chaplin is salting his food, I was actually thinking when i said the humor was unique, that what I ment was before the scene where he's in jail salting his food, the subtitle that said something like "Police search for smugglers of "noise powder". At first, I thought they ment some lady was powdering her nose...lol weird. anyway, that was why I thought it rather odd and unique. lol It was funny. anyway that's all I have to say so far about this movie. It's a movie that anybody can truely enjoy, that's what I think. :) Young, Old, and in between.
