Reader comments on Kill Bill Vol. 1

I agree!!!! Very one comparison, the one with Andy Warhol! I think people aren't ready for films like kill bill or to understanding tarantino's message. the easy thing to do is critizise the film because of its blood and violence. there's much more in this film, and the blood is just a manner of provoking tiny minds with little idea of cinema who quickly attack the film and its director for it. I get angry when reading such nonsense but I don't worry too much because I'm sure tarantino's genius and kill bill will be recognised in the future.

    Re: Q.T.

How the fuck do you think directing, and art for that matter is created?...Its through stealing, so if Q.T. wants to rip off Asian Cinema, I say go for it. All that artists are, are five finger discount tycoons...Look at Andy Warhol...How original to paint a cambell's soup can.
