I knew Margot when she was attending Indiana University. Besides being a fantastic musician she is also a very fine human being.

I started playing the clarinet when I was 10 and now 43 years later despite being told that girls don't have enough physical capacity to play the clarinet i am still playing and what has me very excited is that I finally have heard someone who successfully puts their feelings , heart and soul into it with incrdible technique and artistry -that is Margot Leverett. I am now very inspired to learn the klezmer style and avidly seeking instruction. Also I love the bluegrass fusion thing.Thanks Margot
