I absolutely disagree. I found the pace of this film was matched perfectly to its theme. The reviews which say it was too slow and didnt come to any satisfying conclusion are exactly like the character's potential employer who tried but simply couldn't wait for the man to 'get over it'. The subject matter iteslf may be uncomfortable for many people but I personally found it a very moving portrait of an intense and very real grief. The moments of humour were more than enough to offset the darkness.

Rachel nailed it! Just saw the video last night and was very impressed by Hoffman's performance, but give me a break already on the gas and the ending.
