I didn't know what to think when I descended the steps of the Maverick Theater, but a funny and moving sung-through musical about the trials and tribulations of a passel of young New Yorkers couldn't have been less expected...or more welcome! Forget any sour or cynical comments you've heard to the contrary: this show is not shallow, nor is it overly sugary. In fact, it's incredibly smart, tuneful, and an absolute delight. If anything out there right now deserves to be a cult hit, it's this one! Grab some friends and head over to the Maverick as soon as possible!
