at the beginning theres a pillow then bettys face so i believe the hole time up until she put the key in the box was a dream of bettys on wat she wanted her life to be like because she then woke up to reality but the dream actually happened after she killed herself at the end cause she would rather die and dream about wat she would have liked her life to be
