what david lynch eats for breakfast on tuesdays.
i'm with those who vote "random" scene construction. add to that, odd and attractive characters -- with stylishly dark cinematography to hold it all together. perhaps, it gives us the illusion there is more to the mystery than there really is.
read through the comments, and you have to face the fact that we are all lost -- or at least grasping for straws to explain our attraction to its unsettling aftertaste.
DL must love it.
