As an ex circus knife thrower and current tournament knifethrower as well as a friend of this man's I can tell you his missing would be more of a rarity than anything!
On a live new's broadcast on Fox news in Las Vegas this past Wed.Mar. 12th he broke a balloon I was holding in my mouth after hitting 4 bullseyes with no practice, I'm glad I didn't have to compete against him in the tournament!!!

Heather, thank your for your kind review of the play. I hope you didn't draw any blood from the person in the chair next to you. You were right about the bounced knife. Unfortunately, wood has knots. Knives and knots don't mix. Occasionally a bounce occurs and the possibility of an injury arises. To wit: the little spot on Niabi's thigh. Thank goodness, no blood. As for us being husband and wife, oh well, only in the play. In real life I've got 30 years on her.
The Rev. Dr. David R. Adamovich (The Great Throwdini)
