I gotta tell you. Some of you really need to get the snooty poles out of your rears and give this movie its due for being a hell of a good ride. I really don't know what you want in a movie when I see some of the total BS for reasoning that is given behind the negative reviews.
From start to finish their is a building of intrigue and urgency. Sure you know when you see Hank in the sunglasses what has occured... sure you saw it coming... but regardless it is done WELL. Nothing is ever perfect and I would love to see some of the total S you people would make given the opportunity and a grain of talent.
For those of you that aren't too highbrow to enjoy yourselves I say go now and rent this DVD and pick up a goopy box of the worst kind of Redenbocker they make. Then turn out the lights pull your family close and HAVE FUN. For ninety eight minutes you really are left wondering where the movie is going and where it will end. Some here may say it takes a cliff and a thousand foot plunge... I say it takes a bumpy but ominously narrow course to a great if open ended conclusion... and maybe that's what people hate about it. In the end you are left to THINK about what happened... and some people just don't dig that.
Slasher flick... hardly. Highbrow... nope. FUN FUN FUN... HELL YEAH! ENJOY!
