What we found "disturbing and reckless" about this movie was the ambiguous message at the end. To think that religious fanatics - whether they be Christian, Jewish, Islam or anything else for that matter - may feel, in some sick way, justified in their "faith" is truly frightening.

Well written.
Its difficult to talk about recklessness and movies. Why do we allow so much violence in movies...? Is that recklessness?
I thought this film was thought-provoking and the same idea you had about juxtaposing Muslim fundamentalists alongside the Christian evangelists also crossed my mind.
In many United Nations resolution votes, our American representatives representing anti-gay and anti-abortion views side hand and hand with oppressive fundamentalist regimes, like Iran.
