    I don't really think is a tracker what I think is probably a very important political person and for sure that the people in the top knows who he is

    I'm not an FBI profile expert but I would venture to say it maybe a Trucker. As for getting the President of Mexico involved that has already happened as has the F.B.I getting involved. It seems we should try to get the Congress of the United Stats to pass a law that would require everyone crossing the border legally or illegally must provide a DNA sample. This maybe a way of getting to the bottom of these crimes. Surely some DNA evidence exists, but as some have posted the Police in Mexico care or are inept. It could very well be not one but multiple serial killers. Please remember serial killers come in both flavors Male and Female. Your thoughts?
