well, I read your comments, you have an excelent ideas but I think that this film doesn't want only fat women, you can to see that this film speak about a culture different, about a education and a lot matters with two generations.
My own experience is, The people learn that a perfect body not is all. An a woman need to do an intelligent woman and the body is only part of the life not is all the life.

It's not okay to be overweight... it's unhealthy and draining on our medical system. In most cases, it's within the individual's control to be a healthy weight. Real women, on the contrary, have curves or don't, are thin or not. Real women have variety. But they shouldn't be lackadasical about the importance of avoiding obesity, which this film contributes to. Society today needs no further impetus or facilitation of being fat. We've been really good at that on our own.
