The critic is right--I've been watching difficult and lengthy and challenging films, foriegn and domestic, for over 50 years and this film and this director are just plain awful, Poor. Amateurish, You want examples? Or are you just an A-H who thinks anything from elsewhere is rewarding?

Need to learn a thing or two before writing about

I finished reading this opus with a sense of disbelief. Why someone so ignorant and closeminded should ever bother to write about art? Josh, buy some land in Texas and forget about foreign movies!
