I am a foodie and I love the Italian culture so I thought this movie was a blast. I think you have to be passionate about food to appreciate it otherwise the behind the scenes shots seem incidental. It has a good pace and the storyline of shades of 'Soprano' culture and the nuances of a busy kitchen combine well to make a stimulating original flick. There is a good twist at the end. The lobster dish with Champagne sauce and Salmon caviar is breathtaking !
