Dear bluemintygel Dubrovnik, as you are stating here has not been Croatian for millenium, as it was a republic on its own prior WW2. After the WW2 it was populated by mainly Croatians, and Serbs as a minority. Also, it is a fact that one of the most beautiful old cities in the world is not demolished as we were to believe by the CNN, as i haven't seen evidences of mass destruction in the old city when i was there last summer (i am not saying anything of the residential area around old city of Dubrovnik). I would find it hard to believe that Croatian government would manage to re-do entire city so that it looks like it is centuries old. So in that sense it is hard for me to believe that the war that was held in former Yugoslavia was onesided war with only one who is guilty - with saying this i am not arguing the fact that Serbs are guilty of bombing it, or for Srebrenica case, but it makes me wonder of how many other hidden truth are to be find as the real destruction of Dubrovnik???? So before saying that Serbs are the only one to blame, one must ask is it really possible that Croats and Muslims were as good guys as we were tend to think they are???
In this sense i see this film as another opinion on what happened in the conflict in former Yugoslavia, but one that cannot be taken for the only truth as it is not, and as such it should not be watched alone, but together with other materials that are covering Croatian and Muslim side, as the truth is always somewhere in the middle, and only time will show what really happened there.

andy, this is a common fallacy which you may truly believe. in fact, croatia lost land in the aftermath of the war, whilst serbia gained hugely despite being the principal perpetrators (especially with regards to bosnia). although krajina was populated by many serbs, it was NEVER serbian land.
even if you dispute this region (and you have no factual basis for this) id like to hear how split, rijeka, dubrovnik, karlovac and the rest of dalmatia was ever serb territory. ill use dubrovnik, arguably the worlds most beautiful city, as a case in point. it has been inexorably croatian for a millenium yet the serbs attacked it conistently for more than four years, dropping approximately 2000 bombs and mortar shells on the city. why would you decimate 'your' city?
none of what is now croatia and bosnia-herzegovina was EVER serb land.
