Reader comments on The Seagull's Laughter

I also agree about the woman. She was attractive in her confidence and agressiveness towards the other sex. It seemed that in those days and at that time the men were rather brutish.

I think the problem is that American movies are pumped so full of money, special effects and subplots, that they lose a sense of meaning. Watching this movie you could actually follow what was going on..and that is the movie maker's job, to take you gently through...and show you something revealing, and as Natalie says, with such artistry that it becomes a fairy tale.

Seagull`s laughter is amazing, stanning movie!I just did`nt know what to do ,so I started seach for some movie on cable. I see the title `Seagull`s laughter` - I thought it`s gonna be some american bull shit, but than I see subtitles and head unusual language - I got hooked.Than I saw this terrific woman, that does whanever she wants with guys. She is so beautiful(I`m not an lesbian, don`t get me wrong!),attractive woman! Movie`s line is interesting, sometimes even like fairytale or mystic!
