"[T]his man wasn't afraid of death..."????!!!! Then why was he screaming, pleading to his girlfriend for help, and fighting for his life? Sure sounds like fear to me. One less idiot on the planet.

What a moronic comment "bears dont want to be saved" sure what he did might have been extreme but can you dear jeffrey honestly say you've lived out your wildest fantasy? probably not, this man was not afraid of death, maybe he understood that it is something we cannot get away from. Untimely and tragic yes, but he lived his life to the fullest, i would rather do that than be ninety on my front porch waiting for nothing but death. it was his choice and NOT ours to judge RIGHT OR WRONG just as it was his girlfriends choice, she understood the risks she was taking as well...
