These kids are all a bunch of idiots. Some trust fund babies with no really good ideas so they decide to remake Blair Witch in afghanistan. I was actually in NYC on sept 11, so when i watch this actor getting bent and saying he lost all these people on that day, it was an insult. Another thing, this is a war torn country, so to me its disgusting to see some privileged westerners in there playing make believe while real people actually suffer and die.

Re: September Tapes
This movie was a docu-drama, the only Western film shot in Afghanistan's active warzone post 9/11. 'The Making of the Movie' clearly states this. It is the 'Search for Bin Laudin' and is loosely patterned after Joseph Conrad's 'Heart of Darkness' where they go up the river to find the villain. This young band of filmmakers led by screenwriters Christian Van Gregg and Director Chris Johnson risked their lives to make this film. I am envious of their daring and youth. What an adventure to sneak into a culture radically opposite to the known to attempt to create a film portraying this. Wali, the Afghan producer/actor's family in Kabul were Northern Alliance and introduced them to many of the key characters in that fight. Bravo for their daring!
