OK the tapes do make sence in comparison to the confusing and almost non-exictent plot. The Voice on the tapes of Simon then describes the killer Gordons skitzo charaeristics as his wife accidentaly pours the boiling water on him the voice of Simon comes out in him. He tell him to murder his family this done. He then has no where to stay and when he takes the job at the danvers instatute. He decides to stay there. He is week finacially lonely hence when simion says he lives it he weak and the wounded(gordon). There for this said the tapes do tie in with the plot of the story.

Session 9
A good movie I must add. I find that your critic is rough. Sure the tapes make no sense in relation to the movie but seem to follow the story and the mounting stress quite well. The characters are interesting and believable cuz they are so simple and down to earth.
I would never have taken that contract in the first place!!!!
