    about the language issue: most of my chinese friends speak more than 2 chinese language so if you speak in one and answer in another it's totally common. that same goes for my experiences in japan (but only university setting) and the philippines where you can speak in one language and another person would reply in another. it's perfectly okay and natural for us, so long as we understand...

    about 2046 i like it. it's very beautiful. the soundtrack, the editing and the cinematography... but i feel that there's something lacking in the narrative... i feel like it's been more to it if they had furnished the narrative more... :)
