You have got to be kidding me. This was a great movie? Ok, it creeped me out for a while, but like other reviewers have noted, IT MADE NO SENSE! The only way this film could be justified is if it were some Swedish art film from the '50s, where apparently movies didn't NEED to make sense. I must say the 1st hour was enjoyable, but the last bit of the film had nothing to do with what preceded it. It was as if the Shining turned into a Halloween movie. Ridiculous.

Session 9
Smart, contained to the point of claustrophobia, all parts underplayed (even Caruso in his best big screen outing to date), and a superb storyline. This movie ranks up there with the best of 2001 on the same par as Memento for a new take on an oft-told tale. Be sure the doors are locked and there are no possible diversions for the evening. Oh yes, and leave a light on just in case. Great film...espescially for an American production. Loved it let's see more of the same genre...a thinking person's horror tale.
