Reader comments on Girl with a Pearl Earring

I loved the movie and the book. The film was beautiful, touching and all in all very well done. The life of the maid that was created in the book was realistic (somewhat)and her character reached out to you so that you cannot resist carring about her. I may only be 14 but from my experience in reading this book was a masterpiece!
