Well, it doesn't look like it is available yet. I've been spending a lot of time in Buenos Aires, and I'm curious, since beening Black American, I've always been treated well by S.Americans (much better than in the U.S.), but I'm well aware that even though I spend months at a time there, I'm still a visitor.
