Subject: Film makers Comments Says it All
Date: Feb 22, 2006
Towards the end of the Documentary, a comment was made and it went something like this, "When I look in the bears eyes I don't see anything other than the unemoitional reactions, like that of any other creature living in the wild".
Timothy Treadwell created emotions for the bears like an elderly person or child does with a pet cat or dog. Sometimes your pet will bite you if are overly affectionate. Maybe Treadwell said to the bear once too often, "I love you"?
I know I heard him say it too many times, just in the film.
